How To Use Make-up For Enhancing Facial Features
Every woman is beautiful in her own way, but we have all had experiences when we stared at our reflections for hours, troubled by our own appearance. Make-up (once acquired!) is a transformative way, which can be used to intensify our features. Here are some tips to enhance your features that have been alluring all along!
Cleanse, tone and moisturize face
To look your best, healthy and flawless skin is essential. A good cleansing routine is essential for removing makeup and dirt. It should be done twice daily. Toning is the process of removing dead skin cells from your face, resulting in keeping your skin clear. Moisturizing replenishes the skin’s natural moisture which can help prevent dry skin and the formation of wrinkles.
Use a foundation that is exactly like your skin tone.
Choosing a foundation close to your natural skin tone is crucial. Use your fingers to blend in the foundation if you want just a little coverage, and for more coverage, use a sponge.
Blush
Blush helps to make your beautiful face glow and look alive if you choose it correctly, so if you have pale skin choose a baby pink, for medium skin tone choose peach and for a darker skin tone opt for a rouge tone. Make sure you don’t overdo it!
For Brighter, Fuller Eyes
Big, bold, bright eyes add youthfulness to the face. Line your eyes with colour-eyeliner, cool colors make the whites of the eyes look brighter, widening their appearance. Pencil eyeliner are good for the water line, but liquid ones works best on your upper lid. You can get creative with flicks! Mascara is the best way to enhance your eyes! Add as many coats as you like but make sure it is not clumpy!
Reshape your Lips
Draw right on top of your natural lip line with a nude colored pencil to enhance the shape of your lips. Then, fill it in with a brightly colored lipstick- hot pink and bright coral are all in trend right now! After your lips have been filled in with color, dab and lightly blend a lighter lip-gloss in the center of your bottom lip to give a fuller pout look.
Modify and adapt these steps according to your comfort level. Make-up is an art form, and we have the ability to downplay and accentuate our unique features to create our very own definitions of beauty!
